Jennifer's passion lies in uncovering market trends and delivering data-driven insights that empower clients to make informed decisions. Committed to excellence and innovation, Jennifer leads with integrity and a client-focused philosophy.
Since joining the company in 2006, she has prepared or overseen the submission of hundreds of rent comparability studies and market analysis projects on a national level. Jennifer manages all client relations which include private companies, municipalities, and housing agencies. She was one of the lead underwriters for Section 232/223f and 232/223(a)(7) loans for healthcare facilities under a contract with HUD. Jennifer is one of the leading market analysts providing market studies for proposed developments seeking Tax Credit financing in the state of Maine and New Hampshire.
For more than 20 years Jennifer held a Maine Residential Appraisal License. Prior to joining TSG, she performed due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures and corporate financings for a publicly held corporation. Her involvement included the company’s $265 million initial public stock offering, a $150 million capital infusion and she directly managed and oversaw more than 650 real estate closings worth more than $130 million.
As a member of the National Council Housing Market Analysts (NCHMA), Jennifer has served on the Executive Committee since 2024 and The Signal Group is a member of Maine Real Estate Development Association (MEREDA).

Devan Globensky Davis

Devan became a part of The Signal Group in 2022, where she plays a key role in preparing market studies—conducting site inspections, collecting and analyzing market data. Prior to joining TSG, she served as a Financial Analyst in the gain and loss tax operations team at a multinational investment bank. In this capacity, she identified, investigated, and resolved cost basis discrepancies across diverse investment instruments, ensuring accurate tax reporting. Devan holds a degree from the University of Rhode Island.
Erica Wilms

Erica joined The Signal Group in 2022, contributing her expertise in site inspections, data collection, and market trend analysis to the development of Market Studies. In addition to her role at The Signal Group, Ms. Wilms serves as a consultant, leveraging more than 20 years of experience in due diligence, asset management, market research, and commercial real estate underwriting and valuation. Her career spans positions within the commercial real estate credit divisions of an international investment bank, a federal agency, and an insurance holding company. Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.
Morgan Jones

Since 2016, Morgan has played a key role at The Signal Group, contributing to the research and preparation of hundreds of Market and Rent Comparability Studies. As Research and Data Manager, she supports market analysts by conducting in-depth research on comparable properties skillfully surveying potential comparables, and overseeing the company's extensive comparable database.
Prior to her current role, Morgan provided administrative assistance on various projects at Eagle Point Companies. Eagle Point, a multifamily developer and management firm, at the time operated/managed approximately 2,000 units in seven states.
Darcy Nobel
administrative & research assistant
Darcy provides essential administrative support for company operations while also assisting market analysts with research, including identifying new supply and conducting comparable surveys. With over 15 years of experience in administrative support, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. A proud United States Navy veteran, Darcy served during Desert Storm and Desert Shield and continued her service as a member of the Naval Reserves from 1993 to 2005.
