Market Studies

TSG provides market studies to developers and syndicators nationally with customized reports to fit the specific needs of the client. TSG is approved by state agencies and is a go-to provider for national tax credit syndicators.

Rent Comparability Studies

 TSG consulted with the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Headquarters to draft the “Procedures of Preparing, Submitting & Reviewing Rent Comparability Studies (Notice 00-12)”, which is now incorporated into the Section 8 Renewal Guide Book. TSG performs Rent Comparability Studies nationally for Section 8 owners, managers, and government agencies. Under contract with the U.S Department of Agriculture Rural Development, TSG has delivered more than 600 rent studies.

Underwriting & Closing Services

Under contracts to HUD, TSG has provided underwriting services for more than 350 and loan closing services for over 500 223(f) and 223(a)(7) loans for both healthcare facilities and multi-family properties. TSG provides similar services under HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (“RAD”) Program.
